Really long, slow, but good. Crime drama broken up into mainly three character stories.

Easy Money -- It's a about a poor guy who portrays to be rich to his friends. To make some quick cash he becomes a drug runner. This leads him to become involved with a prison escapee who is on the run from the Serbian mob. Good movie.
If I had a dollar for every girl that found me unattractive they would eventually find me attractive.

The Shocker

Didn't live up to the hype for me. Found it interesting for about 20 mins.

Since I'm not hip to the dance scene, I had never heard of LCD Soundsystem. This is a movie about their last show. I liked it and the music. You can tell the main dude was spawned out of the punk scene and used bits of it for his dance shit. I would watch this in surround sound only though.

interesting, but when they got to Lee Ving's part I got sad seeing how much he has aged. They do a stupid Probot thing at the end.

I made it all the way thru and felt like this was the movie equivalent of Ancient Aliens. Lots of speculation.

Very good 80s teen movie.

Hangover III actually looks funny though.

tinker tailor soldier spy. awesome. gary oldman is great. every damn actor in this movie is great. the guy that plays al capone on boardwalk empire is in this and i don't think he had more than 3 lines. set in the 1970s, oldman's an agent at MI-6 trying to uncover a russian mole in the upper ranks of the intelligence agency. good stuff.

The trailer looks awful. I vaguely remember reading about the real life story (wasn't it in Esquire or Vanity Fair or something) so when I heard the movie would be a comedy, I was a little surprised.

how was it?

It was a slow moving movie and a little long, but it was also dark which I liked. The acting was pretty good and Daniel Day Lewis was tremendous in it. The most disappointing thing for me in the movie was there was only one battle scene and that was at the very beginning of the film. It is worth the rent, though.

I don't know why I thought it looked like it could be good.  Prob because The Rock is always appealing and I was hoping Michael Bay would do something real for less than $300 million.

I was wrong on both counts.
