I think Chicago will win. Everyone in Boston is an idiot and everyone in Philly is an asshole.  Plus, here it is -10 to 110. That will make people want to stay inside and eat expensive fancy food at a restaurant.

We also have 6 whole giant great lakes full of water - which will come in handy to drink once society collapses post Mitt.

what's with the fuckin' defeatist attitude, Shafty?  time to have Jeeves fire up the limo and toss "Obama:  The NEW Hope Pt. 2" fliers to the Evanstonian constituency from the sun roof!  a vote for Barack is a vote for the DEA!  pot clubs?  not in my back yard!

MadJohnShaft

'Chicago will win' is the opposite of defeatist, you pothead fuckup.

How many Great Lakes, Shafty?

And anybody who says "we have Great Lakes" would be a Michigander.

The Shocker

I agree with Lowdaddy, the Jackson food scene is ok at best.  There is good food in MS, but you have to look for it and there is only so much "Southern Cooking" I can stand.

From my limited travels I would say Chicago is my favorite place food-wise.

Nobody ever wants to move to Milwaukee.  Poor Milwaukee, I really like(d) it.

Very interesting.  At 27, almost 28 years old, I'm just getting into the cooking field and have a lot to learn.  You have some inspiring words and I can relate quite a bit.  Started at the salad station and slowly learning our pizza station.  The skills I've learned so far are amazing.  I hope your journey get's you to where you want to be.

The good thing about the Pizza station is you make a lot of dough. Get it dough?
