I have to make red potato salad for about 40 people...how many potatoes should I cook??? I've never cooked for that many people!

RAGER

You should just pm me this stuff.  If there's gonna be lots of other stuff figure a half pound of food per person and make just little less than that.

it depends on how hungry the people are that your cooking for..or how high they are..

It's for a 2 yr olds birthday...so I would guess REALLY high.

& thanks Rager

Two year olds will not tolerate no red potato salad so you could get away with one potato.

dont matter how many people really...no one in thier right mind would expect you to bring more than one huge bowl of potato salad, so just make one huge bowl.

They got fat eating junk food, the fat kids have never even seen homemade potato salad and won't touch it.
