Sriracha Mayo

I guess I've had it on sushi rolls plenty of times, but recently bought some to put on sandwiches.  I may never eat a sandwich without it again.  So fucking good!

you talkin' homemade or some new product?  at my fave sit-down dim sum place they give you li'l dishes of mayo with some of the items and I always mix in the table hot sauce.

Mayo + wasabi
Mayo + horseradish (esp...good on roast beef sangs).
Mayo + ketchup of course on burgs.
Mayo, lime, & Guac for taco's.
Mayo + curry/tumeric powder is fucking awesome

I pretty much only like Huy Fong (Rooster Sauce). I like others, I guess, but anything pre-mixed is inferior to Condiment A + Rooster Sauce. Shrug, I guess I love MSG and perfected recipes.
