awesome free jazz/noise freakout..heavy doom jazz..recorded live in march of 1975..guitar,reeds,bass and drums..there is a reish cd avail..you'll never find the vinyl. goes for big money in collectors circles. at least thats what it says in the liner notes of the cd reish..
it credits el. bass in the liner notes but its clearly an upright on the recording..you cannot mistake the sound and theres alot of bow work that gives it away..weird noise sputter gives way to hard free jazz blowouts..the bowed upright gives it a strange sort of classical noise feel at times..

those not familiar with takayanagi should check him out if you like harsh guitar avant garde freakouts..

I've been meaning to hear him for years and still haven't gotten around to it.
