Yep, write on them with a sharpie first, put a bag in your biggest glass, fill, seal, freeze on a pan between layers of newspaper


I've done with and without pressure cooker - I make so much stock now that it's the way to go.  I do add more vegetables and simmer another half hour or so. The bones are nice and breakable when done so they've given up all their goodness

My pressure cooker aint big enough to do the size batches I like.

That would be limiting for sure - when I have a lot of bones I do those in the PC alone, then do the vegetables later.

I'm gonna see if my sister has an extra one laying around fromm their restaurant.  They do all their beans in a PC every day.  Big batches.  they got that shit down to a science.

Come to think of it, I have a giant 10 gallon pressure cooker in the garage for canning, I should use that for stock. It's not as slick as the smaller one but hey....
