Title: Budos Band Fillmore SF last Sunday
Post by: deleted account on January 23, 2015, 02:43:40 PM
they were good but not being familiar with their material + being tired and drunk from drinking sleazeritas since 11am at my buddy's Shithawk miracle/ Deflategate rager + being there alone due to Hope being too sick to make it + them not having a lively stage show (like watching a stripped-down mariachi band without the costumes) = I left about a half hour into their set.

I'd see 'em again under different circumstances

ps- their merch consisted of a rather crappy t-shirt for $25 and 4 CDs for $15 apiece.  weak

Thanks priest.
I appreciate an honest review.
Sounds like everyone was having a bit of an off night, on and off the stage.
Props for staying open minded and saying you'd give them another chance.
And for posting in this Forum!

That would belong in the Bridge Toll and Parking Forum.

I remember those days.

Yeah beer prices are outrageous at the Fillmore (and the Warfield too). I know the Fillmore has a lot of musically history but I found concerts to be more enjoyable at Oakland's Fox Theater.
