I was floating around the web and happened across a killer looking web page for Chef types.  It wasn't just recipes.  I can't find it again, the fuckers.  Got a good ones?

I usually Google a recipe and compare (or Google based on ingredients or cuisine).

I use google image for what I want to make and flip through until I see something that looks right. Usually that gives you allrecipes, food tv, or one of those (the comments section are a mix of bitchy and idiotic).  Recipes that use canned ingredients, when fresh are just as easy, bug me.  TV cooks like  - Martha Stewart, Bobby Flay, Emeril, Tyler Florence, Herbert Keller, Alton Brown usually have solid usable recipes.

I like food52 a lot, they seem to have the balance of interesting technique plus legit recipes.

Amazing ribs for all things meat and meat related. He's got a myth-busting attitude I like.

I'm starting my own cooking show. I have a few episodes recorded already in post production. I'm going with a noisecore approach. Every episode is less than a minute long.

khoomeizhi

so is it like a montage each time, or is it only shit that can be prepared in a minute or less?

Poultry needs to be cooked to an adequate internal temperature - you may get ill with such a brief cooking time.

the show only shows the finished meal and I narrate and finish with my signature sign off. ill post the episodes here soon. its going to go big, im expecting to have my show get picked up by food network.

this place can be the beta test and you guys can rate the episodes. make suggestions and stuff, then ill tell you to fuck off and start your own show if you think you can do better.

Make that pasta with sausage and white beans. The secret is to splash some olive oil, after you dish it up.

I would like to see more of the corded phone.

The Swamp's internet is so shitty, it takes aboot five minutes to get a full streaming episode withoot stalling.

I thought there would be grindcore playing and you'd scream the recipes, shaky cam, fast editing and so on. The video equivalent of grindcore (that would be a lot of extra work though).

Otherwise, it's good! I like the 45 second lengths, I feel like that's the right amount of viewing time to commit to the topics.
