CanookieWookie

Just a fantastic overlooked band, by most...

Very cool, a great mellow intro into classic rock vibe. I'll have to check this out.

All 3 of their releases are quite good.  Definately worth checking them all out.

The Shocker

One of my favorite 70's bands.  NOT a big fan of the Baker-Gurvitz Army though.

Agreed.  Baker-Gurvitz army never grabbed me musically.

So, without googling anything about this band, and going off what I (think) know, this was the band after Gun with Adrian & Paul Gurvitz, correct? So, before Baker-Gurvitz Army, then?

Third of a Lifetime is all I have of these guys. Is there more?

GodShifter

Never mind, obviously from willb's post, there are two other ones. I guess I need to look those up!

Gun was pretty awesome too.  Their albums after Third of A Lifetime are confusing - maybe an English vs US release thing?  Really, Third of a Lifetime plus the song "Polecat Woman"  is all I need.

You do, really. Both other releases are quite solid.

The Shocker

Love Butter Queen and Polecat Woman, but Daze is my alltime favorite by them.

vinyldinosaurus

These guys are great. I have all three of their albums.

libertycaps

I remember liking the one with the gun/guitar morphing thing. Maybe i should track down the CD.
I've been finding good buys on eghey alot lately. I'm down to maybe 20 cdr's in the collection. Goal is to have none.

And i dig Baker-Gurvitz Army-Elysium Encounter, so there!
It's like Jade Warrior meets early Santana meets Cream (of course.)

mortlock

i bought that one for the artwork alone..
