Nobody exists on purpose. Nobody belongs anywhere. Everybody's gonna die. Come watch TV?

It Follows.  Great horror movie, really well made and suspenseful, with a pervasive sense of dread throughout.

Agreed, but damn what a shitty ending to a great story.....very original, I just wished they would have done more with it.

Cinematography, acting and the overall atmosphere are all top notch. The story and the ending were a little underwhelming but overall this was a great movie.

Somewhat boring, but Margot Robbie was nice tolook at.

Ant man was decent.

Thumbs up and good for the kids.
"Ginger People"

Ant Man a solid B. It has its moments and Ms Lilly to look at for the Dads.

T5 - silly but worthy sneaking into FOR FREE after Inside Out.

Inside Out - wonderful.

We didn't make it to Trainwreck yet.

solid B means red box to me anymore these days..

Nightcrawler - started out somewhat disturbing, but got predictable pretty quick, before ending as a dark comedy.

I rate it 7/10 WTF's.
Rock & Roll is background music for teenagers to fuck to.

Trainwreck was okay.  A couple funny lines but very standard (and bloated) rom com stuff complete with montages and inexplicable fights in order to have a resolution later.  Most of it seemed like Judd Apatow just wanted to hang out with NBA stars.

Sin City - A Dame to Kill For
Story was paper-thin, weak and flimsy, even for a comic book. I started checking the remaining time at the halfway point (50 minutes). Lots of great images, and cringe-worthy moments too. I guess all the hard-boiled cliches are supposed to be a feature, not a bug (but sometimes backfired). Mickey Roarke was great in the role of Marv. Joseph Gordon-Hewitt, not so much. The images often looked too cleaned-up (example - the perfect costumes of the gang girls of Old Town). Overall, weak sauce. I would watch a third installment though... first one was good, and when the formula works, it delivers.

5/10

Babadook 7/10
A lot of horror movies are stupid, horrible and embarrassing -- this is a classy low-budget Australian psychological thriller which is character-driven. A little bit dry, but some nice creepy parts too. I watched it on an iPad which definitely blunted some of the suspense (compared to seeing in a theater). Not essential viewing, but you could certainly do worse.

I tried watching this, fell asleep maybe halfway through and haven't felt the need to try again.

HP-KEEF-MAKER

The 1997 "Funny games". Found it pretty disturbing whilst on buzz. Was pretty good tho. I'd give it 7/10.

Nightcrawler was good enough. It surprised me actually.

Saw Terminator: Genisys last night. Stupid, of course, but definitely fun. T1 is one of my favorite movies of all time. Up there with UHF.

American Sniper, it was okay because of the hot wife character.
