I'm in it to win it, but I'm getting good on his period pieces, I really miss me a good ol' City Crime Sage....
Nice to see Tim Roth working again, and Jennifer Jason Leigh looks cray cray
RJ MacReady and Boyd Crowder? I'm in.
Fuck you!
I just caught the limited release of the movie.
It's pretty good.....long....but good. My only real complaint, if you want to call it that, is that I wish they waited a bit longer for the big reveal. All in all though it's entertaining, and graphic.
I might see this during New Years when all the stores are closed.
3/5
Tarentino needs a script writer and an editor...
It's basically Reservoir Dogs in different 'packaging'
Entertaining and tiring at the same time.

I wasn't sold either. Might even knock it down to a 2.5 actually. Entertained enough, and got a few good laughs in, but I wouldn't call it movie magic by any stretch. Saw the 70mm roadshow version, and all the fan boys giving it the standing ovation and "bravo" calls at the end was a bit much to stomach. Walton Goggins was great though, as he always is.
The brothers I work with loved it. Quoting Samuel Jackson all day today.
I dug the hell out of it.
It was good. Not amazing but pretty average Tarantino. I'd give it a solid 4/5.
I liked it a lot. But I went in with low expectations and knew no to expect an action film.
Local guy in the paper here gave it 5 stars. Usually we agree but damn was I bored. I left feeling like - what was the point, other than Tarantino's next excuse to throw around the word "nigger" and have somebody orally raping somebody else?
