Title: British comedy

I'm performing a very technical experiment to figure out why most American comedy doesn't make me laugh.
Here is some stuff that I think is hilarious. What do you think?

Trashbat had me amused for a while, and the Brass Eye for a brief minute. All I can say is that the more fiercely something is mocked, the funnier I think it is? And I'm not sure what qualifies as American comedy - if you're watching sitcoms, I don't know what to tell you. Have you watched The Simpsons? It's the only comedy series I can think of that I really liked.
