50 bones, sounds AMAZING.
Herb, I need a power supply for it. Anything available?

Very nice. My congratuations to you sir. I love gritty old Ibanez delays.
What's wrong with the adapter in the picture?

That beats my $50 T.O. Crybaby score last summer. Good on you bro!
Nice crotch shot, BTW.
It's not my picture. I WISH I could find that adapter, around...
So, I should nab the shack one and use an posi-tip adapter?

I dunno. It might be better to find a regulated 18V supply if you can.
That Ibanez thing is 18V at only 25mA, the shack one is 18V @ 1A, unregulated, the voltage output could be considerably higher than 18V, and if the pedal only draws 25mA tops, it might get a stupid amount of voltage from the shack supply.
You can knock up a regulator, right ;)
Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. I've already checked a bunch of the ~adapter outlets~ and I can't find anything, even in the ballpark of that one. One of my EHX adapters powers it, I think it's the one for the holy grail. It doesn't matter if it's over-rated, 18V/250ma, eh?

No, it won't matter. Basically, you could just run multiple 18V pedals off the same adapter. As long as the pedals together don't add over 250ma.
Rockin'.
Time to hunt.
Sounds great. It's twice as loud as the carbon copy, which blew my mind. I'm on the fence about selling the Carbon Copy, I feel like I should just keep it...

hehehehe scope the shirt....
Use both of them. You can open up a whole other world of possibilities with multiple delays.
sunn:
please tune your gutiar to drop d, move to illinois, and join my band.
Is it how your amp is set or is it a lot brighter than the Carbon Copy?
It's a lot LOUDER. If you put the blend knob at noon on the ad-80, and dime the CC, its still louder...-the trails are cleaner on the ad-80, the carbon copy is really dark though. It has longer delay times, but the sound trumps extra long delay.
