I watched that last weekend. Good movie, but it is definitely out there.
I would second this:
The Baader-Meinhof Complex
and also recommend the documentary on Brett "the Hitman" Hart, which clearly was an obvious inspiration for a number of scenes in The Wrestler. Whether you care about wresting or not, it's pretty engaging.
District 9 played on Encore the other night, so it's on demand right now..great movie
Enter the Void, though not for everyone, is great. Get the Blue Ray edition.
Blue Valentine was a yawner. Quirky enough, and Williams and Gosling getting attention from it, but I got bored with it
Fish Tank, Vahalla Rising, Shutter Island (though alot dont like it), Buried, White Ribbon, Antichrist, Social Network, The Company Men. Winters Bone, Black Death,
A Woman, A Gun and A Noodle Shop
Loved the movie 'Moon'..didnt see if anyone mentioned it yet
Watched the Johnny Knoxville produced "Wild Wonderful Whites" on streaming Netflix last night. It's a documentary about the Boone County West Virginia White family; as in Jesco White from the Dancing Outlaw documentary. This one focuses more on the rest of the family but still is mainly based around Jesco. It even has some of Electric Wizard's - Vinum Sabbathi in the one scene.
Worth a watch.
You, Me and Everyone We Know
teeth
How about the Manchurian Candidate or Young Frankenstein?
Middle Men
Conviction
The Next Three Days

^^^^
Moon is one of the greatest Sci-Fi films ever made as far as I'm concerned.
I'd recommend probably Buried, The Thing, The Proposition.
I stopped recommending 'Buried'...I loved it and recommended it on a friends facebook post looking for flicks and got trashed from the concensus.
I thought it was great, seriously...the story was simple, but delivered in the last third. Very tense and the claustrophobic atmosphere was spot on.

"Moon" is an awesome flick that no one knows about, and The Thing always kicks ass...total doom!

I liked it a lot too. I thought it built a great atmosphere of suspense and Ryan Reynolds was surprisingly awesome in it. I think people just didn't like the ending then. It reminded me of a Polanski film a little bit.
the bill burr stand up is amazing..
very funny stuff..
Festival Express.
It's a documentary taking place in 1970, with groups like The Band, Grateful Dead, Janis Joplin, and Buddy Guy. Basically all those bands riding on a train together and playing music in festivals. Really cool shit.
I Saw the Devil
Korean revenge flick. Really good stuff, if you can dig on foreign movies with subtitles.

I thought it went a little too long, but the section where the killer met up with his buddy at that house was fucking crazy in a super awesome way.
the whole thing was damned near perfect for me. so many little things too. did you notice all thechristian imagery? and how the psycho killer guy (the one from oldboy) kept calling EVERYONE ELSE crazy. "you must be crazy fucking with me!" or "this guy is totally nuts." hahaha.... :D :D :D :D :D
