So I turn to you all, my brethren of the heavy. I'm looking for some cool hard rock/heavy rock fusion. something catchy and groovy either older or newer. King Crismon-ish, early Journey, etc. Older or new I need a fix and I'm running out of options. got any suggestions? thanks.

You ever listen to Amon Duul II ? Not exactly what you're asking for (kraut rock, not prog) but might be satisfying
