Title: Al Cisneros - Ark Procession/Jericho 10" 2013 Drag City
Post by: SabbathJeff on August 30, 2013, 12:23:17 PM
I actually dug on this, it's very deep in simplicity, if that makes sense.  There sounds like there's a lot of happening, but it's steady.  It is pulsing.  As a heartbeat.  It sounds like it was done in one take somehow, and that is cool, the bass is just plucked, playfully echoing its reverberation.  It has no beginning and no end, it was a moment in time captured via turntable for all time/until we fuck the world

It makes me feel like writing a book titled:

"A thesis on what Al Cisneros has done to music:

Why, When, Where Al Cisneros lost his mind, A Reader" c SabbathJeff Industries, 2013

But like, seriously writing it.

:D ;) Love you, Al, thanks for the latest transmission
