I have EZDrummer but hate that I have to use their beats and I haven't figured out how to build my own or if it's even possible.

Anyway, looking for something that allows me to build my own beats with real sounding drums and use them in Reaper.  Anyone have suggestions?  Does such a thing exist?

Get FLstudio then modify the midi information to make your own beats with ezdrummer.

Yeah, used to have FruityLoops but their drums didn't sound real at all.  So, you can use FL to build beats w/ the EZDrummer library?

Load it in as a plugin and you can use the piano roll to modify notez

Oh, so the Express edition won't work then?  No piano roll in that version.  Blah... Have to figure something else out.

Of the Jack Sparrow type, I'm guessing.

I use Reason for all my electronic drums, then individual tracks imported into protools.

Indeed, good system. I import mine into cubase, another program of dubious origin on my computer.

I love blastbeats so much.

LOL Oh god sunn is programming gnarly digital blast beats. It probably sounds like braindrill.

I use Fruity Loops to record the midisounds from Addictive Drummer that i trigger with my TD4 and electronic drums don't get more realistic than that. If you like check 'm out here and listen for yourself. The hi hats are real btw.
More faithfulfew right here.
