Danny & Reuben are the best.

The reruns used to come on the TV in the afternoon when I was a wee child.
I remember watching from time to time - but it never really took.
I just started watching Season One.  Fantastic.

Dave Madden (Reuben Kincaid) spent time growing up in Sarnia & Port Huron....and loved magic.  My brother would run into him each year at the Magic Get Together convention in Colon.

I love the performance pieces where everyone acts like they really enjoy singing groovie songs.
Susan Dey is cuter than I remember.  The two youngest brother and seester are horrible.  You can tell David Cassidy is finna end up becoming a dillhole.  Shirley ain't too shabby for a moms.

Did you know they were based on this real '60s act?

The network wanted the mom to sit it out & get rest of the family to act with Shirley playing Mama Cowsill, but they turned it down.
