Wah: Stack O' Dimes or Halo inductor

I used to have a newer Vox 847 w/ a Whipple Halo and the standard resistor mods.  Last summer I nabbed a T.O. Crybaby w/ the Stack O' Dimes and the carbon comps.  Anyone have a preference or thoughts?  My T.O. sounds a lot more vintage (D.U.H.) but the Halo is a great inductor too.

can't say that I have the experience to compare the two, but I've got a halo inductor in my crybaby and it's one gnarly sounding wah. pretty much a classic crybaby sound, but obviously modded is how I would describe it.
