I never had to use a capo til I started playing country and country rock and I'll be damned if they dont suck balls not to mention losing the $25 peice of shit each and every gig I played. >:(
Singer would always change the key a halfstep a couple weeks after I'd fully learned the song so  could play it sleepwalking  and then Id be guaranteed to start the solo a half step off for the rest of that songs life  >:(
even worse on the pedal steel cause you cannot capo that bitch  >:(
ruins all my open string licks  >:(
