Cheese dishes are very soft but hard for digestion and that's why I avoid cheese dishes.

The famous Mars Cheese Castle between WI and IL remodeled into an actual castle and we finally visited to bring something to a family picnic. 

They have their house labeled stuff so we got a trio of a hard, soft and blue - it was fantastic. Mental note.  That place carries tons of stuff and I was suprised at the huge variety of stuff they made right there.
