the freshest fish

went on a chartered fishing trip today and caught 4 rock cod and a huge ling cod. anyone have ideas? my thoughts are probably just to do a light pan fry or bake the rock cod and do fish and chips with the ling.

I am open to suggestion to maximize the flavor  and enjoyment of this awesomeness

fresh cod is the best fish you will ever have next to swordfish steaks..do a beer batter with lemon and butter. salt potatos w. fresh parsley and a coleslaw w/ pineapple and coconut.
