Just caught the last episode, very good, love the juxtaposition of 'normal' life in new surroundings and epic Zombie killing otherwise.
Never thought, but Carol is by far the best character on this show now, fuck, she is good.

Very good season finale.  I think the Wolves will make a formidable adversary next season.

Morgan is a bad-ass now.  So is Glen.  And both Carol and Rick are bonkers.

I thought Glen is now a (walking) dead man walking.  didn't he say to the dude "now I'm gonna die because of you" right before he couldn't pull the trigger?  he had two (or more?) zombies on his ass before they cut away from him, only to appear out of nowhere to beat holmes down a little later.  he would've at least gotten bit, no?  if not, that would make the van landing seem plausible by comparison

Jor El, Preacher by Garth Ennis. If you want, ill see if  VonZ will send you the copy of the first volume. That's a comic book you should read.

Preacher started out great, a breath of fresh air in the comics world.  Didn't like Ennis' run on the Punisher so much, what was that other one he did, Hitman?   That wasn't too bad.
Kinda lost interest in all that stuff after a few years, unfortunately.

Im not at all into superhero stuff, unless it's like Hawkeye, or Deadpool... Mostly because they're relatable, and flawed.

this show lost me during season 2
at the beginning it was cool but it soon got boring as hell
group gets attacked by zombies than moves on then gets attacked again and so on
there are way too many cool shows nowadys so i don´t waste my time with this one anymore

I may well be in the minority, but I am/was sick of the demure housewife façade that Carol was hiding behind.  Glad she's "out", but I'm not a big fan of her character anyways.  Seems like low hanging fruit.  I will say this week's episode was their best in quite a while.

Also, I'm really hating "Talking Dead" lately.  Seems like all they do is pander to their audience, no real insights into anything, and whenever they say they're going to give you a "behind the scenes look" at something, it's about 30 seconds long.  Not much substance(big surprise, considering their audience) but I do like Chris Hardwick's standup stuff, so he's the saving grace of that show.

If not for the wife, I probably would have given up on this series a couple of seasons ago.
