didnt want to start a new thread and i guess this kinda fits with my original whinings
my buddy has a big randall combo down at the space, loud as hell
done alot of youtube research(shootouts,demos) and i think ive settled on the big muff w/tone wicker
i havent seen anyone write up about it yet
it seems to be the closest to what im lookin for when that switch is thrown
ive thought about gettin a regular muff or a black  and puttin the switch in myself
but having to buy a used(or new)one plus materials,and my soldering iron is shot
im not gonna save anything, so thats where im at
anyone have any exp with them

Just got one in the mail yesterday,  Sounds damn close to a FZ-2 - enough that I wouldn't be able to tell a difference with my eyes closed.  Feels pretty solid for all plastic.

Congrats man, good choice.  EHX seems to be more hit than miss these days.  I've almost never been disappointed with their pedals.  And that Danoelectro delay I remember being a decent sounding "cheap" pedal.  I almost bought one when they came out years ago.  But I held out for a Mem Man.  Glad you got to play out.

Sudden idea. Plug your guitar, into the pedals into the AUX input on your Mustang (you'll need a mini jack adapter of some kind), that way your bypassing all the modelling, and plugging straight into the power amp. Only the Master Volume will have any effect.
