But, my ambitions outgrew it in short order...




I dump out the purchased and/or old stuff and re-use the pre-labeled containers, cause I am a green hippy.  I started sticking a little piece of paper with the year made inside the lid, you may appropriate this idea as your own.  Some of those jars have been reused for 20 years.

Always throw a pinch of kosher salt in there, in case you didn't dry well enough.

I went to fix me a bloody mary yesterday and noticed I have no Seasoned Salt - unless you can find some in that picture I couldn't spot.  I've been using the Soul Seasoning but that shit is quite old now and I need to toss it.
