I have to say, I HATE the one man thing. SOoo tedious, and one sided. I have always been able to come up with riffs, or songs for that matter, but enjoy the mish mashing of ideas in a band setting. However, I am stuck in a rut with no musicians likeminded to create some music. Most guys around here my age want to jam covers all night long, and the young guys are into way too mainstream, or the ever popular metalcore. I'm almost done with 7-8 songs I've been doing and I am always wondering what if there had been some other brains besides mine for manipulation, ya know?

when you find someone to play with , at least you will have some material.

MR. CREEPER

I hear ya, Chovie. I just gets frustrating. And, every time I start recording, as with my recent stuff, I have a multitude of NEW song or riff ideas that flow, and I have to record them for memory. Got like 20 new ideas just floatin' right now.
