Just South of Downtown, a hair East on edge of International District, as old Chinatown( I.D.) got bigger. Walkable from Amtrak/King Street Station.

That looks great. I think it's called yuxiang qiezi. Can have ground pork. Yum.

eggplant is one of my top 5 when it's like the one I used to get in garlic sauce. This one. from a hole in the wall but the best. Geez its been a few years...I need to make a trip for eat in and take-out. I think I ate there every other week, or at least once/month, for 20+ years.

i dont have much experience with chinese food but i fell in love with the eggplant and shrimp with pork fried rice. its tossed with mixed veggies, that include water chestnuts which i love, in a brown garlic sauce. i get an order of the beef on a stick to go with it.
