Watched Season 1 of Star Trek: Discovery. I'm a big Trekkie, but this doesn't feel like Star Trek. It basically rips off bits of all the successful sci-fi shows and movies that have come out since. The Expanse is better. I am totally geeked up for the new Picard series, though. I don't think they'll screw that one up.

"Home Before Dark" def. took the cake. Stupid story, sloppy writing, annoying acting.
Somehow I still think that Apple is out to prove that it can create superior content for Apple+. I hate that companys elitist brand image but if I get some cool series  out of it that would be OK with me. But so far only "Little America" was above par. Guess I'll stay a HBO-fanboy for the time being.
