yep, was on the fence with a ehx pulsar tremolo, and went with this!

i'll post my thoughts when it comes in

its monophonic, so i'm looking for some quirky noises to come out of this pedal

i'll try to get some clips up, my 8 track is still boxed up from the move

so far i dig it, but as with a lot of ehx effects, when engaged it effects your core tone somewhat, sucks some midrange out

it tracks great when fretting individual notes, even with vibrato and bends, open strings freak out the unit(with tighter tension it should track fine)

i'm really enjoying the octave down effect most around the 12th fret and up

with the sub switch on, high filter off, you get a very cheap "bass", looking forward to recording with it

totally worth 74 bucks

Hey Peyotepeddler,

I went on youtube and checked out some samples, it sounds great!  what's the lowest note that it can play?  I had the old Boss octave pedal and it would fart out at about f# on the low e.

thanks

I'm beginning to think God was an Astronaut.

first, i'm on a seven stringer tuned two steps down, so the top six are in "c" and of course the low "b" is now "g"

the low g? forget about it, it fuzzes and farts out, no smoothness at all

in fact, it doesn't get smooth and play nice till around the 5th fret on the c, but or the open f

any notes above that are butter, sounds killer

but, this is going through the front end of the amp, i have yet to try it direct into a mixer

my guess is its going to get better "bass" tones with a clean sound rather than a dirty, seems that way so far
