I made that ice cream recipe, holy hell is it rich. After a few bites I was like "ok that's enough". I don't think even premium commercial ice cream is made with 100% heavy cream. That's why they say it's 3 servings, even though it's only 8oz of cream. Also, I thought it would be rock hard (TWSS) but it was still pretty soft, maybe because the high fat content. Super easy to make though!

Mort, I got the 4-2 flip working with that pad of butter trick. Preheated cast iron pan to 425. Salted the Rib Eye 2 hours beforehand per RAGER. 10 minute rest. Steak sauce and Rooster sauce and leftovers for steak sandwiches!

Pico de galo

80% ground round seasoned with taco seasoning, salt, cracked black pepper, hot sauce and chopped roasted jalapeno.

Cheddar cheese on burger. Topped with pico, hot sauce and avacado sauce. Hard roll.  Served with refried beans.
