Lifetime I've had 6-7 lobsters and all were shit, except one. Paid for the $40 lobster special recently. Rubberized Shit, lucky I didn't die. Never had a roll. Assholes at restaurants think they can cook lobster ( I can't) but they can't. Not blaming them per se, the cooks, unless it comes out like rubber (always does). Sales chalkboard marketing scam. (in the PNW)

I think that's what motivated me to post it, the rolls do work fine. What's a great sandwich to make, and where do you get the ingredients? I don't have a press but I could buy a cast iron handle/press one for the skillet.
