Grilled pork, bro.

Pork is moo in Thai (I know, it would be easier to remember if beef was moo).

Ping is grilled in Thai.

Pinga is dick in Spanish.

It looks like a simple meat rice sauce dish but there is so much going on. I’ll try to elaborate tomorrow. Weird day today. I’m tired. But thanks Mort. Always appreciated.

Oh shit, yang is grilled in Thai.

Ping means grilled on skewers, according to Google. Like shish-ka-bob.

Ping is a colorfully illustrated story about a domesticated Chinese duck lost on the Yangtze River

Delicate and tasty soup of cabbage and mushroom, dried anchovy, anchovy sauce, szechaun pepercorn (both powder and kernals). Then the 1000 yr old duck egg Wham! a bit of an ammonia note there.  :o

Lunch at home of course. Oysters, the last of my cheese of the month cheese, triscuits and some hot mix. Don’t a forgetta the mezzetta.

I ordered the oysters and paid for them on the phone. Drove up popped my trunk and cooler. He dropped em in and away I went back home.

Oyster varieties were Kumamoto and Stretch Island Sweets. Both from Hoods Canal/Puget Sound Washington where the best oysters in the world come from.

Nice spread.

Kimchi came out okay, a little watery but fixed it with Anchoy sauce and new bottle of Shoyu.
